Imperial Cities Tour: Marrakech to Casablanca

Overview

Experience Morocco's history, architecture and culture on a five-day private journey connecting the country's four Imperial Cities. Starting in Marrakech, travel through Meknes, Fes and Rabat before finishing in Casablanca. Along the route, discover historic medinas, royal landmarks, traditional souks, famous monuments and some of Morocco's most important cultural sites. Travel is arranged in a private air-conditioned vehicle with an English-speaking driver. Accommodation for four nights with breakfast is included, while travelers have free time to explore each destination at their own pace. This itinerary combines Morocco's major historic cities in one convenient route, beginning in Marrakech and ending in Casablanca.

   Day 1 – Marrakech Pickup from your hotel or accommodation in Marrakech. Spend the day discovering the highlights of the Red City: Jemaa el-Fna Square, the Koutoubia Mosque area, Bahia Palace, Majorelle Garden, and the traditional medina and souks. Travelers have time to experience Marrakech's historic atmosphere, architecture and local culture. Overnight: Marrakech

   Day 2

   Day 2 – Marrakech → Meknes → Fes After breakfast, depart Marrakech toward Meknes. Discover Bab Mansour Gate, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail and the historic medina area. Continue toward Fes, arrive and check in at your accommodation. Overnight: Fes

   Day 3

   Day 3 – Full Day in Fes Explore the UNESCO-listed Fes el-Bali Medina, Al-Qarawiyyin area, traditional tanneries, artisan workshops, historic souks and traditional architectural landmarks. Free time to explore the medina. Overnight: Fes

4. 4

   Day 4

   Day 4 – Fes → Rabat → Casablanca After breakfast, travel toward Rabat. Explore Hassan Tower, the Kasbah of the Udayas, the Royal Palace area and historic city sights. Continue to Casablanca and arrive in the afternoon or evening. Overnight: Casablanca

   Day 5

   Day 5 – Casablanca After breakfast, discover Hassan II Mosque, Ain Diab Corniche, central Casablanca landmarks and Atlantic coastal views. Drop-off at the traveler's hotel or Casablanca airport. End of tour.
